Under the College’s bylaws, the members of the American Bar Association’s Board of Governors serve as the Members of the NJC Corporation.
Each year the Members meet during the ABA Annual Meeting to consider “such business” involving the NJC “as may properly come before (them).” Special meetings may also be called. The Chair of the NJC Board of Trustees presides over the meetings.
The Corporation Members must approve all changes to the College’s bylaws and all nominees to the Board of Trustees.
