- Consider historical approaches to individuals with alcohol or substance use disorder.
- Identify statues and/or regulations that may apply to criminal justice responses to the clinical needs of individuals with substance use disorder.
- Apply evolving statures, regulations, & case law court practices, policies, and procedures to use of medications in court programs.
