Participants will be guided through the development of comprehensive case management plans and the importance of early issue evaluation to streamline the litigation process. The course will offer insights into alternative dispute resolution techniques that can facilitate the resolution of complex cases.
Judges will gain a deeper understanding of the nuances of e-discovery, including common requests and the types of electronically stored information they are likely to encounter, and the role and benefits of appointing a court-appointed neutral to resolve intricate discovery disputes.
