This 75-minute online course is part of a Webinar Series of 10 courses through September 30, 2020 focusing on “Core Skills for Judges” aimed at new state court judges, but may also include administrative law judges, tribal court judges and military judges. In this webcast, faculty will explore the practice and perception of procedural fairness in domestic violence cases and offer suggestions for coping with the stressors and secondary trauma associated with these case types.
