National Judicial Outreach week, a campaign to engage the public about the judiciary, is returning for its second year and will be held March 4-10. This year’s theme is “Preserving the Rule of Law.”
An initiative of the American Bar Association Judicial Division, Outreach week encourages judges, active and retired, to engage their communities about liberty, the rule of law, and preservation of fair and impartial courts. The goal is to increase public trust and understanding of the role of the courts in upholding the law.
Information about the event can be found on the ABA Judicial Division’s website. Judges also can find presentation materials and resources at the site.
