During this course, you will learn to:
- Discuss a bench standard for evaluating the ethical parameters of handling cases involving Self-Represented Litigants (SRLs);
- Summarize procedural fairness principles and how they apply to SRLs;
- Explain four "nuts and bolts" techniques for interacting with SRLs effectively; and
- Apply these principles and techniques from the bench.
