Judge Hora was a pioneer of the problem-solving courts movement and an outstanding member of the NJC faculty for 27 years. The Peggy Fulton Hora endowment is a permanent legacy honoring her contributions to justice and judicial education. The fund generates scholarship support for judges of all kinds from anywhere.
