Hearing Officer Position Open 9/11/2009 The Department of Employment, Unemployment Insurance in Casper Wyoming has an open position for Hearing Officer 2. This position will be responsible for the following: Conduct hearings and make decisions pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedures Act for all contested matters arising under the Wyoming Employment Security Law, all contested employer liablity, employer taxation, worker classification issues arising under the Wyoming Workers' Compensation Act, all unpaid wage claim issues and in other areas of admistrative law as assigned.
