This Web-based, entry-level adjudication course is designed to be accessible and convenient to state workforce agencies. Participating adjudicators will learn techniques to improve listening and interview skills; determine issues; weigh evidence and make fact-findings and determinations.

Qualifies as a requirement for the Certificate in Judicial Development, Administrative Law Adjudication Skills.
